Qubits, Qutrits and Gaussian states in Noisy Quantum Channels

Abstract

Entanglement for qubits, qutrits and Gaussian states in quantum channels is investigated. The channels involve stochastic noise with zero-bandwidth or spontaneous emission. Exact results concerning entanglement of Werner states in such channels are presented.
