Abstract

We measure the ultra-broadband spectrum of collinear spontaneous parametric down conversion (SPDC) generated in chirped periodically poled near-stoichiometric lithium tantalate (C-PPSLT) gratings. The spectral broadening is accompanied by a decrease in the photon flux.
