Polarization-Spatial-Mode Entanglement of Photon Pairs

Abstract

We developed a scheme to prepare photon pairs in polarization-spatial-mode entangled states. This entailed sending polarization-entangled states to a polarization interferometer where diffractive-optical elements encode spatial modes onto the light.
