Experimental demonstration of the optical centroid measurement method for spatial superresolution

Abstract

We present an analysis based on combinatorics of the optical centroid measurement method, and we give experimental results showing enhanced spatial resolution identical to that of quantum lithography but with higher detection efficiency.
