AMLCD has been widely designed into many aspects of our daily lives, such as laptop computers, video games, car navigation, compact phone displays, etc. Every year, many new AMLCD manufacturing factories are completed. The need of an effective and efficient test system for in-line testing and off-line process monitoring is growing.
