Optical Discrete Fourier Transform Device Based on Cascaded Polarization Interference Units

Abstract

An ODFT device based on cascaded polarization interference units is proposed. The numerical result shows that it acts as a periodic filter in the frequency domain and could be used for demultiplexing AO-OFDM signal.
