Jitter Measurement Method for Multi-level Disc Based on Interpolation Algorithm

Abstract

A new jitter measurement method for multi-level disc is presented in this paper combining pulse counting method and interpolation algorithm. The maximum measurement error of jitter is only 0.517% of period of channel clock (T).
