The Theoretical Operating Temperature Analysis for Microbolometer

Abstract

Based on the physical thermal model of microbolometer, the operating temperature for microbolometer is theoretically obtained. Numerical calculations on the operating temperature of a typical microbolometer are performed to verify the expression.
