Membrane Microlasers and their Integration

Abstract

We present various micro-nanophotonic devices based on the III-V on silicon heterogeneous integration scheme. We particularly focus on microdisk lasers integrated onto silicon wire waveguide, and on “2.5D” photonic crystal based surface emitting microlasers.
