Abstract
In this paper, we demonstrate a new type of 2D photonic crystal T-shaped channel-drop filter based on ring resonator with high normalized transmission; we investigate parameters which affecting resonant frequency in photonic crystal channel-drop filters. These Parameters includes dielectric constant of the inner rods, coupling rods and whole rods of structure as well as the radius of the coupling and scatterer rods. FDTD method concludes output efficiency over 95%.
