Efficient Approach for 3D Full Vectorial Sensitivity Analysis Using ADI-BPM

Abstract

A novel approach for sensitivity analysis using the 3D full vectorial beam propagation method based on alternative direction implicit technique is proposed. Our approach is efficient, simple, easy to implement and has second order accuracy.
