Optical Crosstalk within Monolithic Transceiver ICs on GaInAsP/InP

Abstract

Static optical crosstalk within monolithic 1.3 µm/1.5 µm transceiver PICs was studied. The efficiency of different optical barriers is analysed and a maximum overall optical crosstalk suppression of 33…37 dB was achieved to date.
