Sub-harmonic Mode Locking of Integrated Laser Diode: Spectral Domain Analysis

Abstract

The spectral domain approach has been used for the analysis of integrated semiconductor lasers operating in sub-harmonic and harmonic active mode locking regime. Comparisons with time domain model results of the pulse characteristics are presented.
