Lasing Behavior of InAs Quantum Dot Micro-Cavities as a Function of Wavelength and Temperature

Abstract

The lasing threshold and slope efficiency of InAs quantum dot microdisks and photonic crystal L3 micro-cavities change as a function of lasing wavelength and temperature. We report on these dependencies and give explanations.
