Abstract

A high-order accurate pseudospectral frequency-domain (PSFD) method is used to analyze light scattering by plasmonic cylinders. Field coupling and enhancement within the gap of close spaced cylinders are examined. Dielectric-coated metallic cylinders are also studied.
