An Integratable Electrically Tunable Dispersion Trimming

Abstract

An electrically tunable dispersion trimming method is proposed which can be integrated in a CMOS compatible process. Feasibility of the method is studied by simulations to produce or compensate variable dispersions up to 65 ps/nm.
