Raman Enhancement from Arrays of Etched Silicon Nanowires

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Etched silicon nanowires (SiNWs) display a Raman scattering enhancement per unit volume (REV) of 70 and 7 over bulk silicon and SOI wafers. The enhancement is understood in terms of optical confinement in the SiNWs.
