Indistinguishable Photons from Deterministically Fabricated Quantum Dot Microlenses

Abstract

We present the modelling and realization of deterministic quantum-light sources with enhanced photon outcoupling efficiency. The devices are based on single quantum dots being integrated into microlenses by means of 3D in-situ electron-beam lithography.
