A Technique for Accurate Analysis of Graphene Containing Optical Waveguides

Abstract

A technique to accurately model graphene containing waveguides is presented. It uses existing optical simulation tools. It is applied to graphene optical modulator applications showing efficient electro-absorption and electro-optic modulation.
