Integrated Photonics Fabrication using Thermal Scanning Probe Lithography

Thermal Scanning Probe Lithography is capable of patterning with <20nm lateral and <2nm vertical resolution, and in-situ imaging with <1nm vertical resolution. Application of the technology for photonic-integrated-circuit fabrication of is presented. Article not available.
