Abstract
Formyl fluoride (HFCO) is a model unimolecular chemical reactant that is known to form HF + CO reaction products owing to both photon activation1 (in the UV and vacuum-UV spectral regions) and thermal activation.2 In both cases,3 rovibronic line broadening of the reactant may accompany the reaction process.
