Abstract

There has been a growing interest in finding chaos and the route to chaos in various laser systems [1]. While for semiconductor lasers, because of their relatively faster polarisation decay rate their dynamics is governed only by equations for field, and population. Hence, chaos is not expected to be observed under normal injection conditions.
