Abstract

As a fundamental technique to realize ultra-high phase-stable lightwave, a heterodyne type optical phase-locked loop by semiconductor lasers (whose phase fluctuation are less than 1(rad) is proposed. A stable heterodyne single is indispensable for a precise measurement of fundamental physical constants, an interferometer for the gravitation wave detection, and so on.
