Abstract
In a recent paper, de Rujula et al.1 showed that dark matter halos could be made of charged particles C+ and C− (CHAMPS) provided that the mass of these particles is sufficiently high (>20 TeV) to avoid a primordial collapse during galaxy formation and not too high (<1000 TeV) to obtain enough primordial annihilation not to overdose the universe.
