Abstract
How does a quantum mechanical system behave when its classical dynamics is non regular (chaotic)? This is still an up-to-date and challenging question. The simplest quantum system on which one can study this fascinating problem is certainly the hydrogen atom in the presence of a magnetic field; it allows, both experimental and theoretical studies.
