Abstract

In this work we present the results of an investigation into the polarisation dependence of injection locking effects such as the injection locking bandwidth (ΔL) and the transfer of fluctuations from the master laser field to the output of an injection locked laser (a miniature monolithic NPRO Nd:YAG laser). From such an investigation we can determine the optimum experimental design for an injection locked laser.
