Abstract

Among the liquid-crystal spatial light modulator (LC-SLM), the structure with photoconductor based on polymide is known to have the highest resolution of more than 1000 mm−1 at the 0.1 MTF level and sensitivity of 10J×cm−2 [1]. This fact allowed to apply these devices in systems of the phase aberration correction to advantage [2], However, temporal characteristics of the polymide LC-SLM are often worse than those of the LC-SLM with other photoconductors [3].
