Abstract

We present a relatively fast optical coherence tomography (OCT) system equipped with a special software package to render 3D images of the tissue The OCT system is capable of producing transversal as well as longitudinal images from the retina in vivo. A powerful Superluminiscent diode at 860 nm is used, with the system delivering 140 µW power to the eye
