Abstract

In recent years, the coherent exciton-exciton interactions have been recognized to be very important in nonlinear optical responses of semiconductor nanostructures. Polarization dependent four-wave-mixing (FWM) techniques have been widely used to study exciton-exciton interactions and dephasing processes of excitons In this paper, we have investigated polarization dependence of degenerate (D-) and nondegeneratc (ND-) FWM signal and discussed on two-exciton states in (C6H13NH3)2Pbl4.
