Exciton dynamics in pyramidal quantum dots – photon correlation measurements and simulation

Abstract

We have observed various bunching and antibunching signatures from single exciton, bi-exciton and single charged exciton photons emitted by pyramidal QDs and find good agreement with a Monte-Carlo simulation giving insight into QD exciton dynamics.
