Dynamics of the Collective Excitations of the Quantum Hall Ferromagnet

Abstract

We present a femtosecond probe of collective nanoscale excitations with three-pulse ultrafast Four-Wave-Mixing spectroscopy. By comparing theory and experiment, we extract the dynamical and dephasing properties of the inter-Landau-level magnetoplasmons of the Quantum Hall ferromagnet.
