The evolution of the electric field in an optically excited superlattice

Abstract

We report on the time evolution of Wannier-Stark and flatband excitonic transitions and deduce the electric field dynamics in an intrinsic GaAs/AlGaAs (6.7 nm/1.7 nm) superlattice using time-resolved electroreflectance spectroscopy.
