Photon echo of neutral and charged InP quantum dots

Abstract

Highly sensitive heterodyne-detected photon echo enabled us to observe the signal from electric-biased one layer of InP quantum dots. It decays at 16 ps in neutral dots, while it is reduced much in charged dots.
