Abstract
A study of the nanoscopic characteristics of photonic materials embedded with single emitting nanoparticles is presented. The method presented demonstrates the change in the photoluminescence trajectory of single emitters based on their location and/or separation from other single emitters within the material. Furthermore the work investigates the change in material properties and the functionality of the photonic device with the incorporation of nanoscopic emitting particles.
