Video-rate Multicolor Fiber-optic Microscopy

Abstract

A scanless multicolor fiber-optic microscopy for real-time in vivo and in situ cellular imaging is presented. The system acquires images at a video frame rate of 30Hz and displays multispectral images at 15Hz.
