Fourier Ptychography – Towards Perfect Microscope

Abstract

We illustrate the principle of Fourier ptychography, a super-resolution imaging scheme, and demonstrated its capability to achieve high resolution, large field-of-view, aberration free, magnitude and quantitative phase images using LED matrix and conventional microscope.
