Spatially Multiplexed Fiber-optic SLM Microscopy for Applications of Optogenetics

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A spatially multiplexed fiber-optic SLM microscopy for simultaneous cellular imaging and spatio-temporal photostimulation of multiple brain regions is presented. Our system utilizes a digital micromirror device (DMD) for patterned illumination and a tri-furcated fiber bundle.
