Polarization Rotation Based QPSK System Over Turbulent Atmospheric Channel

Abstract

Polarization-rotation based QPSK optical system over atmospheric turbulence channel is proposed to overcome phase noise caused by the channel. The results indicate an order of magnitude better bit error rate performance than traditional QPSK system.
