Abstract

In an overview we demonstrate simultaneously label-free imaging of cell growth and morphology properties by evaluation of quantitative digital holographic phase contrast images. Furthermore, it is shown that from quantitative phase images different parameter sets can be extracted that allow the quantification of cellular motion changes in migration and motility assays that are caused by genetic modifications.
