Cell imaging by Talbot Projected Fringes

Abstract

The Three dimensional phase map of Red blood cells (RBCs) is demonstrated by projecting the Talbot image of linear grating onto RBC slide. Hilbert Transform is used to extract the phase image from the deformed projected grating lines.
