Computational approach to address reduced modulation contrast in structured-illumination microscopy

Abstract

A computational method to address reduction of modulation contrast due to depth-induced aberration in structured illumination microscopy is presented. This approach enables use of a modulating frequency higher than in a commercial approach within a 60-µm imaging depth.
