Measurement of Modulation Transfer Function using Digital Micromirror Devices

Abstract

We present and discuss a digital micromirror device-based method for measurement of the modulation transfer function. Advantages of this method include remote performance evaluation, arbitrary re-configurable target, and ability to conduct single-shot measurements.
