Matrix approach of Full-Field OCT for volumetric imaging of an opaque human cornea

Abstract

We report on a matrix approach of optical imaging that allows to overcome aberration and multiple scattering issues in microscopy. This allows in-depth diffraction-limited imaging of biological media over a wide field-of-view (FOV).
