Measurement-Aware Reconstruction Algorithm Permitting Quantitative Measurements With Artefact-Susceptible Computational Imaging Techniques

Abstract

Light field microscopy offers snapshot 3D volume imaging, but reconstruction artefacts impede quantitative image-based measurements. We demonstrate a new computational recovery algorithm enabling us to obtain artifact-free flow measurements from light field imagery.
