Polarization-Diversity Interferometric Imaging for Digital Biodetection

Abstract

We present a new digital biomolecule detection technique based on interferometric imaging of plasmonic gold nanorod labels. Post-processing of polarization camera readout allows for effective background rejection in a single snapshot.
