Abstract

We have already reported super - resolution technologies with high readout stability using a zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film, which we have called EG - SR technologies.3-6) In this paper, we report a super-resolution function and high readout stability of a ROM disc with a ZnO film in an optical pickup system with a 404 - nm - wavelength laser and a 0.85 - numerical - aperture objective lens.
