Lithographic Fabrication of Multi-Layered Optical Data Storage

Abstract

We present a new fabrication method for multilayer ROM. Individual layers of an initially-liquid holographic photopolymer are photo-patterned via mask projection and post-cured to a solid. The process is repeated to efficiently print high-density disks.
