Ultrasensitive Memristive Synapses Based on Lightly Oxidized Sulfide Films

Abstract

Based on lightly oxidized sulfide films, an ultra-sensitive memristive synapse is realized where the synaptic functions are emulated by applying electrical stimuli several millivolts in amplitude, whose sensitivity greatly surpasses that of biological synapses.
