A RRAM-based grey pattern recognition system with spike-rate-dependent plasticity protocol

Abstract

A spike-rate-dependent plasticity (SRDP) protocol was experimentally verified in HfOx-based RRAM array. A grey pattern recognition system is designed to demonstrate the potential application of the protocol in brain-inspired computing.
