Ultrafast transient terahertz probe of exciton dynamics in two dimensional materials and Van der waals heterostructures

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Low energy terahertz photon is ideal probe of dynamic photo-excited electron-hole plasma and excitons. In this talk, our recent work on using ultrafast IR pump terahertz probe spectroscopy to study the carrier dynamics in various two dimensional materials and Van der wassls heterostructures are presented.
